In 2009, I made the difficult decision to step away from the construction industry, a choice shaped by the ripple effect that reshaped my career path. Transitioning into the civil service sector, I found myself drawn to the employability field. Over the next 12 years, I dedicated myself to guiding individuals back into the workforce, helping them rediscover their confidence and purpose. During this time, I also pursued a Business Management degree, equipping myself with the knowledge and skills to one day bring my entrepreneurial dreams to life.

While my professional journey was rewarding, my passion for carpentry and renovations remained a constant. What began as a side pursuit during evenings and weekends gradually grew into a calling I could no longer ignore.
In 2024, inspired by a desire to merge my love for woodworking and renovation with my drive to give back to the community, I took the leap to establish A&H One Designs.
