By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services

A&H One Designs provides bespoke carpentry services, including but not limited to custom furniture, shelving, and cabinetry. Detailed descriptions of our services are available on our website (Services: Homes, Businesses).

3. Quotations and Orders

  • Quotations: All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • Orders: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit payment.

4. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to secure your order.

  • Final Payment: The balance is due upon completion of the work.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 14 days of confirmation for a full refund of your deposit.

  • Refunds: Refunds are not available after work has commenced, except in cases of defective workmanship, in which only 30% will be refunded.

6. Limitation of Liability

A&H One Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

1. Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards.

  • Bank Transfers: Payments can be made directly to our bank account.

2. Payment Schedule

Our standard payment schedule is as follows:

  • Deposit: [40]% due at order confirmation.

  • Interim Payment: [30]% due midway through the project.

  • Final Payment: Balance due upon completion.

3. Late Payments

Late payments may incur a charge of [5]% per month on the outstanding balance.

4. Late Payment Policy

  • Late Payment Terms: Invoices are due upon receipt. We offer a grace period of 7 days after the due date for payments to be received without penalty.

  • Late Payment Fee: If payment is not received by the end of the grace period, a fee of 5% of the outstanding balance will be applied, with a minimum charge of £25.

  • Interest Charges: Interest will accrue on overdue balances at a rate of 8% plus the Bank of England base rate per annum, calculated daily from the end of the grace period until the balance is paid in full.

  • Reminder Notices: Clients will receive reminder notices before and after the payment due date to ensure they are aware of outstanding invoices.
